Exciting, electrifying and engaging fun—that’s what our classes are known for. Our classes can be modified for all experience levels. If you prefer, you can schedule private lessons with one of our coaches prior to entering class.



Monday morning's (ON PAUSE)

Total-body circuit strength training can be brutal if done properly. It's the ultimate simultaneous challenge of muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. Your ability to exert maximum muscle effort for an extended period with the entire body is put to the test. All-out effort, minimal rest, and an elevated heart rate are key. Whether you're a beginner or at an advance level, Jenn will help you to achieve you fitness goals.


Tuesday 6:45pm-7:45pm Thursday 6:45pm-7:45pm

 In this class, we teach all aspects of boxing. Footwork, movement, dodging/slipping punches, balance, combos, punch count, and more. This class Coach Mike teaches you how to throw when to throw and what to throw. Be ready for an overall great workout. When ready, you'll continue your growth by integrating advanced skills and attend controlled/instructional sparring. Here, you will train side by side with our competition team.

Tuesday with Coach Mike & Wednesday with Coach John
(ages 5-10 years old)

Youth class focuses on boxing fundamentals and general fitness. Our 45-minute class is tailored to create a fun and challenging experience for kids of varying skill levels. We aim to provide kids with improved hand-eye coordination, footwork, balance, along with increased athletic skills and personal confidence. The skills a child learns from boxing can be applied across all sports. Open to kids ages five to twelve. If your child is younger, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them with alternate options.


Monday with Coach John 6:45pm-7:45pm

Saturday (Coach Mike & John alternate Saturdays) 9:00am-10:00am

This group-based environment, you will get a sweat on with exercises that combine boxing techniques with fast-paced cardio. Coach Mike and John high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination, flexibility, learn combinations, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.



Wednesday with Certified BoxFit Trainer & Coach John


Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout increasing stamina in the heart and lungs. Classes are for all levels of fitness. It is based on the training used for boxing so includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal, focusing on fitness and toning. You will do a mixture of focus pad partner work as well as drills on the bags. Classes usually include core work and an element of fitness and conditioning work.

Wednesday with Coach John 6:30pm-7:30pm

A thorough critique and learning experience of the basics of boxing. Coach John V begins with basic stance, footwork, and punching, and advances through to ring techniques and strategies.

Thursdays morning classes on pause

H.I.I.T. stands for high-intensity interval training, and is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. Jenn's class will be scalable depending on fitness level and can be modified for those who have physicals challenges, but make sure to come to class well hydrated, nourished and ready to work!
